Make It Nude | Honeyed Pecan Bruschetta With Apple

Honey Pecan Bruschetta 

Pop open a bottle of sparkling rosé - it’s time to get social. This twist on your traditional bruschetta is perfect for your next dinner party or cocktail gathering.

What makes this appetizer so magical is how each ingredient contributes a different flavour element into two perfect bites. Sweet goldenrod honey, sour green apples, savoury brie cheese, and bitter almonds.

Here we go!


  • 1 baguette, cut into thin slices
  • 1 wheel of double-cream brie cheese
  • 1 to 2 fresh apples, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup toasted (or cinnamon sugared) pecans, chopped
  • Nude Bee Goldenrod Honey, for drizzling

Gather your ingredients - green apples, pecans, bread, and goldenrod honey



  1. Preheat oven to 425°F
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  3. Lightly drizzle baguette slices with olive oil and place in a single layer on a baking sheet. 
  4. Toast baguette for about 3 minutes or until light browned, flipping once about halfway through.
  5. Remove baguette slices from oven
  6. Top each with a generous slice of brie
  7. Place baguette slices back into the oven and continue baking until brie melts
  8. Remove baguette slices from oven
  9. Top with thin apple slices and chopped pecans
  10. Drizzle generously with honey
